Orders may be cancelled by us in case of pricing/stock errors or failed payment/verification
 

Options: Local pickup (Langford/Victoria & Vancouver +100kms), courier within Canada, and international shipping at checkout

- Due to the consignment nature of our marketplace, all sales are final
 

Exceptions are limited to “Not as Described” or authenticity claims—see Return & Refund Policy below for process and timing
 

- Eligibility: We accept contemporary/luxury designer goods that meet our quality and brand standards
 

- Commission: Standard consignment commission is %40 based on item category and sale price
 

- Term: Consignment term is [30] days. We may apply scheduled price reductions
 

- Unsold Items: We’ll notify you before the term ends. If not collected within [14] days, items may be donated, recycled, or converted to store credit as stated in your intake form
 

Buyout: If offered and accepted, payment is immediate and the item becomes property of Velure

 

We respect your privacy. Your information stays with Velure and the providers that securely process your payment, ship your order, and host our website. We never sell your data.
