Because we sell consigned, often one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We do, however, protect you with clear exceptions and a simple claims process.
- Change of mind, fit/sizing, or buyer’s remorse
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Minor wear consistent with our posted condition grade
- You have 48 hours from delivery (or from local pickup time) to report a material issue not disclosed in the listing (major undisclosed damage, incorrect model/size, missing components advertised)
Email velurebuy@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos (unboxing video recommended)
If approved:
- We’ll issue a prepaid return label for Canadian orders (international buyers return at their cost unless the error is ours)
- Item must be returned in the same condition with any Velure/security tags attached
If a recognized third-party issues a written inauthentic finding, contact us to arrange a full refund including original shipping upon return
Report visible carrier damage within 48 hours with packaging photos. We’ll assist with a carrier claim and next steps
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary)
Orders can be edited or cancelled before shipment. After a label is created or the order is picked up, the sale is considered final (except for the exceptions above)
Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Refused packages are treated as returns minus all shipping, duties, and handling costs
